STEP 1:
Starting with a cheese pizza, place one small, cut piece of stinger pepper in the center of the pizza. (We do this so customer can tell the difference between a cooked cheese pizza and a cooked hot oil pizza)
STEP 2:
Fill a 1oz ladle with a level scoop of hot oil.
STEP 1:
Oil the pan and place one stretched dough ball in the center. Gently work the dough all the way to the edge of the pan. With your fingertips, poke small holes all around the dough. Now use your pizza docker over the entire surface of the dough.

Place panned dough onto the pizza saucer. Hit the ENTER button to add the sauce onto the dough.

Sprinkle 6oz of Shredded Mozzarella over the entire sauced dough.

Sprinkle 6oz of Shredded Mozzarella over the entire sauced Gluten Free shell.

Starting with a cheese pizza, fill a 3oz portion spoon with a level scoop of sweet sausage.

Place the sausage in the palm of your hand.

Using your other hand, form the sausage into a log shape.

Place the log in one hand and lightly squeeze a small amount of sausage out of the top of your hand. Pinch off a 1” size piece of sausage. (Repeat the process for the entire pizza)

Add 5 pieces of sausage, in a straight line, down the center of the pizza..

Add 4 pieces of sausage, in a straight line, to the right and left side of the 5 center pieces.

Add 3 pieces of sausage, in a straight line, along each side of the 4 pieces of sausage.

Place 5 slices of pepperoni in a straight line down the center of the pizza. (Try to fit the pepperoni in between the sausage pieces.)

Place 4 pepperoni slices, in a straight line, on the left & right side of the middle row of pepperoni.
STEP 10:
Place 3 slices of pepperoni, in a straight line, down the left and right side edges of the pizza.
STEP 11:
Add 2 slices of ham, in a straight line, down the center of the pizza. (Imagine the pizza looks like a clock, one slice of ham at 12 o’clock and one slice of ham at 6 o’clock)
STEP 12:
Add two slices of ham, on an angle, to the right and left of the top slice of ham. (One slice of ham at 2 o’clock and one slice of ham at 10 o’clock)
STEP 13:
Add two slices of ham, on an angle, to the right and left of the bottom slice of ham. (One slice of ham at 4 o’clock and one slice of ham at 8 o’clock)
STEP 14:
Add 2 slices of bacon, on an angle, in between the top 3 slices of ham.
STEP 15:
Add two slices of bacon in between the next two slices of ham.
STEP 16:
Add two slices of bacon between the last slice of ham.

Add 3 small balls of ricotta cheese, in a straight line, along each side of the 4 balls of ricotta.

Add 5 halves of grape tomatoes down the center of the pizza. Place them in between the balls of ricotta cheese.
STEP 9:
Add 4 halves of grape tomatoes, in a straight line, to the right and left side of the 5 center pieces. Place them in between the balls of ricotta cheese.
STEP 10:
Add 3 halves of grape tomatoes, in a straight line, along each side of the 4 pieces of tomatoes. Place them in between the balls of ricotta cheese.
STEP 11:
Once the pizza is cooked and cut into six slices, sprinkle 0.5oz of chopped basil over the entire pizza before serving.
