SM. CHEF SALAD

STEP 1:
Fill a 7” To-Go container or a large Dine-In salad bowl with 6.5oz of chopped romaine lettuce.

STEP 2:
Add three whole grape tomatoes.    (Imagine the salad looks like a clock, one tomato at 12 o’clock, one tomato at 3 o’clock, one tomato at 6 o’clock, and one tomato at 9 o’clock

STEP 3:
Take three slices of cucumber and place them next to each grape tomato.

STEP 4:
Place three slices of ham on a cutting board.  Slightly overlap them.

STEP 5:
Place two slices of salami on top of the ham.

STEP 6:
Place two slices of american cheese on top of the salami slices.

STEP 7:
Fold the bottom edge of the ham on top of the american cheese and roll into a log.

STEP 8:
Cut the rolled log of meat into twelve equal pieces.

STEP 9:
Evenly distribute the rolled pieces of meat over the entire surface of the salad.

LG. CHEF SALAD

STEP 1:
